Doug began his career at NFP in 1982 as a pressman. By 1989, he had advanced to the role of Production Manager, and in 1994, he was promoted to Plant Manager. Jack started his career as a pressman at NFP in 2014. In 2021, he transitioned to a new role as the supervisor for Godfather Promotions, where he manages all aspects of production, quoting, order processing, and purchasing. John joined the New Fairfield Press Family of printing, apparel and signs in 2018 as a Graphic Designer and Sales Associate. He graduated from FIT, the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and opened his signs and graphics business in The Mall in New Rochelle in 1982 which is how he met his wife, Karina. Doug has been with New Fairfield Press since September 2021. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on a variety of roles, from sweeping and cleaning the shop to managing all mailings and overseeing the in-house printing. As one of the primary persons responsible for all our printing, Doug takes great pride in seeing his work valued by each customer. In his personal time, Doug enjoys a range of hobbies. Joe has been at New Fairfield Press since 2022, where he manages the Copy Center for Danbury Hospital and collaborates with various Nuvance Health locations in western Connecticut. His role includes customer service, printing and fulfillment of orders, and direct to desk deliveries in multiple locations. Outside of work, Joe loves spending time outdoors, whether he’s golfing or hiking with friends.

Steven is the manager of Sign-atra, the sign division of New Fairfield Press. With thirty-six years in manufacturing and seventeen years in the sign industry, he’s spent the last three years with Sign-atra. Steven handles every aspect of the business, from quoting, to production, to delivery and installation. Outside of work, Steven loves spending time with his family, diving into outdoor activities, and indulging in nearly any sport.

Emily Wilt has been working in the shipping department of New Fairfield Press since August 2023. Her role includes packaging, processing orders for shipment and delivery, and the final step of quality control. In her free time, Emily has a passion for reading and music and has learned to play six different instruments. She is also a Professional Writing Major at Western Connecticut State University.

Pippin began his career at NFP in 2024. As the Chief Fetch Officer, Pippin’s day involves testing the durability of paper by using it as a chew toy and ensuring ink quality by rolling in it. When he’s not busy "supervising" quality control, Pipin enjoys chasing the occasional stray copy paper, hosting impromptu paper-shredding parties, and napping on top of important documents—after all, what’s a little ink on your fur compared to a job well done?
