Doug Williams

Doug began his career at NFP in 1982 as a pressman. By 1989, he had advanced to the role of Production Manager, and in 1994, he was promoted to Plant Manager. His daily responsibilities involve job scheduling, overseeing production, and managing general equipment and building maintenance.
 

A lifelong resident of New Fairfield, Doug lives there with his wife, Wendy. He is deeply involved in his community, having served as past president of both the Lions Club and the New Fairfield Historical Society. Doug dedicates much of his free time to volunteering and giving back to the community.
